Competition Terms and Conditions – Become a Poster Star

By ticking the box in the entry form, you confirm that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions below. You are giving your consent as the legal guardian of the child entering the competition.

1. Personal data processing I consent to the processing of my first name, surname and email address, and to the publication of the child's name and age alongside their artwork, by AMBI CZ, s. r. o. (controller) and Readmanual, s. r. o. (processor) for the purposes of organising the Become a Poster Star competition, contacting the winner and displaying the artwork. I may withdraw my consent at any time by contacting info@ambi.cz. 2. License to use the artwork I grant AMBI CZ, s. r. o. a free-of-charge licence to use the uploaded artwork for the purposes of publication on Ambiente's website and social media, physical display in Ambiente restaurants, and printing and promotion of the competition. The artwork will be displayed and published alongside the author's name and age. The licence is free of charge and valid for 3 years from the end of the competition.

3. Originality of the artwork and competition rules I declare that the submitted artwork is the original and sole creation of the child named above, was not created with the help of artificial intelligence, and does not infringe the rights of any third party. I agree to the rules of the Become a Poster Star competition.
