1. How to make a reservation

There are several ways to reserve a table in an Ambiente restaurant.
a) Reserve through the restaurant’s website.
Choose a restaurant from the web page at http://ambi.cz/en and click on “Reservation.” You will be redirected to the restaurant’s page. Enter the number of guests, the date and the time, and click “SEND” to complete the reservation.
b) Reserve through the Ambiente mobile app.
Choose a restaurant from the Establishments tab of the app and click “Reserve.” Enter the number of guests, the date and the time, and click “Reserve” to complete the reservation.
Your reservation will be confirmed by a member of the Ambiente team by e-mail to the registered application user’s address or through a notification in the mobile app.

2. Canceling a reservation

You can cancel your reservation through the Ambiente mobile app or by calling the restaurant’s telephone number as listed on its website.

3. Protection of personal data

The processing of your personal data is governed by Act No. 101/2000 Sb., on Personal Data Protection, which will be replaced by EU 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and its adaptation into Czech law. By submitting your reservation, you grant AMBI CZ, s.r.o. consent to the processing, collection and storage of the personal data you provided for the purpose of making a reservation.

4. Final provisions

By submitting a reservation, you accept the business terms and conditions in force on the day of submitting your reservation.
